Ron and Mallory are third generation referrals of ours and prove the power and importance of "word of mouth" marketing. What that means is that one of our first weddings and engagements was Josh and Ashley (we also had the pleasure of photographing their newborn two years after their marriage), they led us to Tasia who was our first senior model (whose mother works with Josh), she referred us to Ron and Mallory. Tasia is Ron's niece. Now, onto their story :-)
Ron and Mallory were a dream to work with! The clouds were quite ominous but (as fun as it would have been) the rain stayed away and actually cleared enough to have amazing sun set photos near the end of our shoot. They were so excited for their photos and were up for anything. As a civil war era muzzle loading rifle competitive shooter and Virginia history enthusiast Ron was exited to shoot at the Manassas Battlefield park, somewhere he visited many times as a kid. His one request was to make sure we got a shot with the statue of Stonewall Jackson. The tall fall grass, old fences, stone bridge, and historic buildings were a perfect compliment to their denim, plaid, and cowgirl boots! We are beyond excited for their big day next year! Look at how gorgeous these two are together!
